Our Farmer’s Market best seller: a full breakfast inside of a delicious savory pocket!! After many years of requests for an empanada with scrambled eggs, I gave in and created this recipe. Although it is unheard of in Argentine culture to fill an empanada with scrambled eggs, we accomplished exactly that; a crowd favorite filled with all of the favorite American breakfast foods!! We render the bacon until crispy and mix it with fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage and creamy white american cheese. What more could you want for a fulfilling, quick, easy, and delicious breakfast!?
