Introducing our new line of Gluten Free Empanadas! In our quest to be as inclusive to all members of the family, we are now offering GF empanadas in seven of our bestselling flavours.
The dough is made in house, from scratch, with a GF flour blend of our own. Our gluten free empanada dough recipe creation was a labour of love!
Oven: Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350F. Use cookie sheet. Heat refrigerated empanadas for 5-7 minutes.
Air Fryer: Heat refrigerated empanadas at 350F for 4-5 minutes.
*For best results, thaw the empanadas in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before reheating, then spray them with water or an oil spray before reheating to rehydrate. In an effort to use as clean ingredients as possible, we do not use xanthan gum. As a result, the dough does experience cracking at times.
