Steak and Cheese
A true American fusion empanada, with the inspiration stemming from the traditional American sub, adapted to fit into a tasty empanada. This is another flavor that was developed due to being heavily requested! We roast fresh Eye of Rounds and slice them very thinly with a deli slicer in an effort to provide this empanada with a quality “steak.” White American Cheese is the bond that ties the steak in with the onions and peppers. Although this isn’t a traditional Argentine empanada flavor, it is a big crowd favorite!
